Congratulations! How are you feeling?

At Anyone EveryMum we believe that creative expression and support networks are at the heart of emotional wellbeing, just as important as our physical health. Bringing a child into your world is likely to be one of the best and hardest things you’ve ever done. That’s why we invite all local mums-to-be to take some ‘me time’ in a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can creatively explore the transition to motherhood and develop a supportive network of local mums and professionals who understand.

“Fun with a little self-exploration and discovery thrown in”

We’ve just finished our first six-week block of meet-ups especially for pregnant women but don’t worry if you didn’t make it along, in the run up to Christmas our family workshops are open to all! PLUS Pregnancy Meet Ups are back next year! 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th January & 3rd and 10th February 2018.

Each week we’ll kick of with some much needed relaxation and breathing exercises followed by a creative activity that helps us tap into whatever it is we’re feeling.

FREE New Parents and Parents-to-be Meet Ups Saturdays 12-2.30pm for tea, cake and chat, with an optional creative workshop available to get involved with throughout. There are toys for the kids to make space and time for YOU.

11th November – Confidence and Identity Anyone EveryMum teams up with Mum to Mum Coaching – putting mums first, building confidence and achieving goals. The support that we, as mothers, are able to give to one another is incomparable, and the community that we build because of it, is a necessity. Being a mother can be an incredibly isolating role, especially when you start to think about personal goals. Reaching out for support is one of the hardest things we can do, but so worth it in the long run.

18th November – Sensory Storytelling  Jo and Lisa from Anyone EveryMum invite mums, dads and parents-to-be to bond with their babies and children through spontaneous, sensory storytelling! Engage and nurture your child by bringing everyday items to life. Creatively instil virtues, morals and cultural awareness. Improve your child’s language, listening and communication skills. Develop creative thinkers who are open to new ideas. And give yourself space to play!!

25th November – Autobiographical Solo Performance by Amy Mason Amy shares a preview of her new show, Host, about her experience of perinatal depression and invites you to contribute to her ongoing research by sharing your experiences of pregnancy.

2nd December – Self-care and Singing We’re really excited to be teaming up with the South London Singing Mamas for some community and self nourishment. We all have a voice and Singing Mamas invites you to use your voice with us, to make gorgeous music together and to feel great. Whether you’ve never sung before or are a seasoned pro, you’ll be made very welcome. There’s no ‘spotlight’, no audition, just an opportunity to forget the stresses of life, to sing for yourself, for each other and just ‘be’.

9th December – Visual Medicine Come along for a bit of messy and creative nourishment – NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!! This painting technique can be used by anyone. Listen inwardly, be guided by you instincts, connect with your intuition – let go of the critical voice of self-judgement and feel more confidence in your creative self.

16th December – Creation and Connection Reflect on your connections with the people in your life as the year comes to a close, while nurturing new connections with other local families. Come together with old friends and new to create a collective piece of community artwork. No experience necessary, just your beautiful selves.

New Parents and Parents-to-be Meet Ups are back next year! 17th, 24th February & 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th March 2018
