Congratulations! How are you feeling?

At Anyone EveryMum we believe that creative expression and support networks are at the heart of emotional wellbeing, just as important as our physical health. Bringing a child into your world is likely to be one of the best and hardest things you’ve ever done. That’s why we invite all local mums-to-be to take some ‘me time’ in a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can creatively explore the transition to motherhood and develop a supportive network of local mums and professionals who understan

FREE Pregnancy Meet Ups @ the Royal British Legion, Norbury                        Saturdays 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th January & 3rd and 10th February 2018

– free and fun for everyone
– honest, open and judgment-free
– a place for support, exploration and healing
– optimise your emotional wellbeing
– explore your changing sense of identity
– break negative cycles
– empower the parent in you

12-1pm – tea, cake and supportive, non-judgemental chat with other mums-to-be (feel free to bring cake to share!)

1-2.30pm – we offer a confidential, structured group space where you can develop your own personal wellbeing toolkit including relaxation techniques, feel-good mantras and creative problem solving.. Each week we’ll kick off with some much needed relaxation and breathing exercises followed by a creative activity that helps us tap into whatever it is we’re feeling.

There’s oodles of research documenting the positive effects of being creative including reduced stress and anxiety; increased spontaneity, expression, positive identity, self worth and social networks. It helps us to reflect, empathise and problem solve – all things we want for ourselves, and our children.

In 2018, take some time for you by getting involved with Anyone EveryMum – no guilt required!

Thinking about coming? Here’s what other expectant mums had to say…

“Be brave. Come. Take some time just to be you!”

“Leave your to-do list for Saturday and spare some time for you and come to the group.”

“Fun with a little self-exploration and discovery thrown in!”

Coming up in February!
